Four years after the acclaimed MetaL MetaL, Kiko Dinucci, Juçara Marçal and Thiago França - accompanied by Marcelo Cabral and Sergio Machado - presents their third LP, "MM3". A darker, rougher and more bestial opus than the former, libertarian response to the country’s chaotic political situation.
"Political violence and dazzling punk for São Paulo's band third album menu. Free jazz and Candomblé, with some travel memories, and even a goat drawing.“ France Culture

Recorded live in three days at São Paulo's Red Bull Studio, the result is an album in which the band transmits an identity intimately linked to the stage. In an interview to the Rolling Stones, Kiko explains: "In shows [...] we won a spirit of freedom and aggressiveness to which we have been faithful on this record. [...] The idea, however, was to let the band sharp and solve everything fast, live, with two or three takes. It's a matter of letting go: we do not intend to make a perfect drive, to have everything right. We made mistakes, sometimes my finger slides or rip, but that’s fine. I think people have a lack of detachment. They want to sing 100% tuned, do multiple takes and at the end, they assemble a Frankenstein that ends up not passing a truth. We were looking for like a Polaroid of those recordings days”
A Polaroid, a reflection, raw, direct, unadorned. A melodic portrait of the deep revolt against the populist and full of hate conservatism. A libertarian scream at the sight of the rebirth of past's demon.
Currently on tour in Europe, the band states: "Our music is directly influenced by the current crisis, she is marked by anguish and turmoil on the eve of a coup. We have witnessed the access to power of the society’s most conservative, reactionary and fascist faction, infected by a hatred of civic rights. A hatred retrieved, fed and spread by the mainstream media, hundreds of TV channels, newspapers and magazines of information, concentrated in the hands of five very rich and powerful families. Strange times to make music in Brazil but, precisely because of this, it is especially important that art provides a counterpoint to so much misinformation and hatred, and raises the possibility of a better and more tolerant world."
